Buckle Up events cover any number of places.  The main focus is on schools and nurseries.  Pester power is the key to Buckle Up - once a child is educated and understands WHY he/she needs to Buckle Up then that child has a solid foundation for the rest of his/her life and can spread that message to family, friends and ultimately their own children.
